Keto Chocolate Almond Wafers
Preparation Time: 15 minutes + inactive time
Cook Time: 10 minutes
- ½ cup butter
- ½ cup granulated erythritol
- ½ egg (beat egg and use half)
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- ¾ cup almond flour
- ¼ cup ground almonds
- ½ tsp baking powder
- 3 tbsp unsweetened cocoa
- ⅓ cup chopped Kiss My Keto – Roasted Almonds Dark Chocolate
- In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter and erythritol.
- Fold in the dry ingredients along with the egg.
- Stir until smooth.
- Finally, fold in the chopped chocolate.
- Place the mixture on a piece of plastic wrap and shape into a log.
- Refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
- Preheat oven to 350F and line a cookie sheet with baking paper.
- Unwrap the log and cut the dough into 12 wafer pieces.
- Arrange the wafers onto the cookie sheet and bake for 10-11 minutes.
- Cool completely before serving.

How to store?
