Ingredients
- ½ tbsp olive oil
- 2 large eggs
- ½ cup almond flour
- ¾ tsp baking powder
- Salt, if desired
Instructions
- Place all ingredients into a large microwave-safe mug. Whisk until smooth.
- Cook in microwave at full power for about 2 minutes 20 seconds.
- Allow the bread to cool about 1 minute before removing from mug and slicing.
- If desired, toast the bread before serving.

What type of mug should i use?
This recipe yields approximately 6 slices of 2 ½ inches in diameter and ½ inch thickness. For that, you’ll need a larger mug with a capacity of 16 fluid oz or a width of around 3 inches. Make sure the mug is microwave safe and especially make sure it’s wide.
How to store
