Benefits & nutrition
While many store brands of both plain and Greek yogurt have a low-carb count, this keto yogurt provides extra fat and less protein than the former examples. That’s exactly what you want on a keto diet.
Besides being more keto-friendly than other yogurts, this homemade keto yogurt provides probiotics from the sour cream and ketogenic saturated fats as well. And like with other dairy products, this one also provides calcium, vitamins A, B12, magnesium, and riboflavin.
The berry topping adds a bit of fiber and lots of vitamin C, selenium, and antioxidants.
