Ambassador spotlight Janet Bolger
Carl grew up learning how to cook from his parents as well as working in a high-volume restaurant while in college. As the restaurant started selling more caterings, he was asked to take the lead and taught himself how to cook with a classic French technique textbook.
He is no longer working in the restaurant industry but enjoys writing about his experience to help others learn their way around the kitchen at his blog, Ktchndad. He is married to his high school sweetheart and has two beautiful children who keep them busy every day! He also enjoys staying active and being outside or in the water somewhere on hot days.
